Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and gain valuable experience in the food service industry. Duties: - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the Aloha POS system - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas - Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and provide accurate change to customers - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment Experience: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required - Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus - Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
